Digi Rupees values your trust and strives to offer a transparent refund policy.

1. Payment Link/QR Transactions

All UPI payments made via Digi Rupees QR codes or payment links are final and non-refundable, unless:

  • The amount was debited but not credited to the intended recipient account.
  • The transaction failed due to technical issues on our end.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Users must report payment issues within 3 working days of the transaction.
  • Refund requests should be sent to support@digirupee.8tecksolution.com with full transaction details đź§ľ.
  • Refunds will only be processed after validating logs with our UPI provider.

3. Refund Timeline

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days back to the source UPI account ⌛.

4. No Refunds Applicable

We do not offer refunds for voluntary transfers made to incorrect UPI IDs or recipient accounts by users. Please double-check before sending money.

5. Business Plans/Subscription Refunds

Any paid business subscription services are non-refundable once activated. Exceptions may be made for system failures caused by us.
